Strategic Goals

  1. Become an Employer of Choice: The Center will enhance recruitment and retention by implementing competitive salary grades, progressive PTO and WFH policies, and robust training opportunities for social work and case management professionals.
  2. Focus Resources on Supportive Services: By divesting from direct property management and
    enhancing clinical staffing, the Center will pivot resources to provide more impactful supportive services tailored to client needs.
  3. Improve Management Structure: A new system of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), cross departmental collaboration, and formalized employee roles will streamline operations and ensure program quality.
  4. Strengthen the Matt Urban Center Brand: Strategic rebranding, expanded advocacy, and trauma informed training will position the Center as a premier provider of human services in Western New York.
