The Matt Urban Center (MUC) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit located on Buffalo’s East Side with a mission to revitalize neighborhoods, serve families and change lives. Formerly known as The Polish Community Center of Buffalo, Inc., we continue to serve our community as the Lt. Col. Matt Urban Human Services Center of WNY.
